Fragmetric, Liquid (Re)staking on Solana, Raises $5M New Strategic Round (for $12M total funding)

Fragmetric, a Solana-based restaking platform, has secured $5 million in a strategic funding round, increasing its total capital raised to $12 million. RockawayX led the round, with additional participation from Robot Ventures, Amber Group, Hypersphere, and BitGo. The latest investment follows a $7 million seed round announced just a month earlier.

The company is focused on expanding its role in Solana’s restaking ecosystem, integrating with Jito’s TipRouter and Switchboard’s NCN. These integrations contribute to increased staking yields while reinforcing protocol security. Fragmetric has reported rapid growth since launching Phase 2, with the total supply of fragSOL more than doubling. Currently, about 50% of the supply is deployed in DeFi applications, and over 43,000 unique deposit addresses have been recorded.

The newly raised capital will support the expansion of fragAsset, an initiative aimed at strengthening Fragmetric’s restaking infrastructure. The company has gained backing from a network of investors, including early supporters such as Finality Capital, Hashed, Presto Labs, Bitscale Capital, and Flowdesk.
