Coral Finance has secured $3 million in an angel funding round backed by several investors, including Taisu Ventures, Gate Ventures, KuCoin Ventures, Web3Port Fund, Mask Network, and Formless Capital. The round also saw participation from strategic investors GoPlus Security, UFLY Labs, and Movement Foundation. The funding will support Coral’s efforts in developing a pre-market trading ecosystem, aimed at improving price discovery and liquidity for early-stage digital assets.

The company is building a suite of trading mechanisms that allow users to engage with digital assets before token generation events (TGE). This emerging market, estimated to be worth $300 billion, has drawn increased interest as investors seek early exposure to crypto projects. Coral Finance’s platform enables point-based trading, offering a structured environment for projects and users to assess market expectations before full asset launches. The company is also integrating artificial intelligence to enhance trading insights and risk management strategies.

Coral Finance is expanding its infrastructure by launching on the Movement mainnet, a blockchain network designed to enhance DeFi composability. The partnership aims to improve liquidity efficiency while maintaining security through integrations with GoPlus Security’s risk assessment tools. Additionally, UFLY Labs and Movement Foundation will provide ecosystem support to facilitate adoption and user engagement.
